CLEAR Rating Report, 2017

Earlier this year, at the request of the provincial government, the Rate Review Panel asked its actuaries to review the Saskatchewan Auto Fund's proposed rate adjustments, based on updated data provided by the Canadian Loss Experience Automobile Rating (CLEAR) system. The CLEAR system is updated annually to reflect the current loss experience for light passenger vehicles across the country, and to add the new model year. The Panel's actuaries have provided a report based on their findings. The Panel's letter of transmittal to the Minister, the Terms of Reference for the actuarial review and the CLEAR Rating Report are posted below.
