Hello. Yeah. Definitely it's almost cos the increase in the delivery charge as well a basic monthly charge. I paid somewhere in the neighbourhood 7000 just to get my my cast or trench it into the house and I think it's kind of a penalty to everybody's gone. Energy efficient appliances are now that sounds like Sask Energy is not making enough money so they want to increase the charges is a way to try and make more money but definitely pulls through that because we all got energy efficient. New appliances just so we're useless ___ and in a way we penalised let's ask if Jerry come on. Thank you.

Leave the rate the same and build up a pool to offset when the prices rise.Most people budget for their equalized payments anyway. This could stave off increases in the future.
