SaskEnergy 2023 Commodity and Delivery Rate Application

The Panel recommended that SaskEnergy decrease the price it charges customers for natural gas (commodity rate) to $3.20 per gigajoule from $3.30 per gigajoule. The Panel further recommended that SaskEnergy increase the price it charges customers for natural gas (delivery rate) by 5% for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, with the provision there be no further increases for that period.
