SaskPower

The Panel recommended that the rate SaskPower charges its customers for electricity increase by 5%, effective January 1, 2013.  The increase for most customer classes, including residential customers, will be 4.9%. The exception is SaskPower’s large customers in the Power-Contract rate class.
